RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At CarBro_MC, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
For Preorder Items: If you choose to cancel a preorder, a 10% restocking fee will apply. However, if we cancel the order due to any issues on our end, no fees will be charged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at carbromc@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important: The shipping cost for returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We also do not refund the shipping costs for the original order.
