We have a no exchange, no refund policy.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at carbromc@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
📝 Reporting Issues
***We highly recommend recording a clear video every time you unbox to keep as proof.***
You have 7 days from the delivery date to report any issues such as:
- Wrong item received
- Item damaged in transit
**If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the item, packaging, and label. Please don’t open the item, we’ll help resolve it together.**
To qualify for a return (if approved), the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped
- We do not send out damaged items unless clearly stated in the product’s title or description
- All products may have manufacturer's minor shelf wear (e.g. worn corners, small imperfections
📦 Pre-order Items & Cancellations
Pre-order items are listed months in advance. We appreciate your patience and support!
If you choose to cancel a pre-order or order, a 10% cancellation fee (including shipping) will apply. This covers:
- Non-refundable Shopify's transaction fee (6% + $0.30)
- Restocking costs
Before placing a pre-order, please ensure:
- The item is exactly what you want
- You understand the estimated release window
- You've reviewed our shipping policy
If we cancel the order on our end, no cancellation fee will be charged.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility & Lost Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Lost packages after delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
If a package is marked delivered but not received:
- Contact us with evidence (e.g. video footage, incorrect signature, etc.)
- We cannot file insurance claims without proof
If your package is held at your local post office and is not picked up in time, it may be disposed of and not returned to us. We are unable to assist in such cases.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Do not return items directly to the manufacturer, we will provide return instructions if your return request is approved
