We strongly recommend that you consult your local customs authority before placing an order to better understand any applicable import-related fees.

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or international shipping disruptions.

Add to my box IS ONLY FREE WHEN YOU MEET THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD!!!

How it works:

• We will safely hold your items in your box until the total value of the ready-to-ship items reaches the free shipping threshold. You can check the current threshold in our Shipping Policy.
• Orders will not be shipped until either the shipping cost is paid or the free shipping threshold is met. Once the threshold is met, we will carefully pack and ship your items to your door at no extra shipping cost.

Want your items sooner?

If the threshold is not yet met and you'd like to ship early, please contact us. We will provide you a shipping quote.

What happen if you still have preorder items when your box ships?

We will ship the in-stock items first once the threshold is reached.

For the remaining preorder items:

• You may continue adding to your box and receive free shipping once it qualifies again.
• Or, you may choose to pay for shipping when those items arrive.

If you prefer to ship everything together, please leave a note at checkout or email us.

For the remaining preorder items, you can continued adding them to your box and enjoy free shipping once the threshold is reached again. 

Alternatively, you can choose to pay for shipping when those preorder items arrive.

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated and accessible.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping information before and after placing your order. If you notice any mistakes, email us immediately before the package is shipped (Subject: Order#XXXX, Urgent - Shipping Address Change). Since different postal services have different policies, some packages cannot be intercepted or returned once they are in transit. If the package has already been shipped and you realize the address is incorrect, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee success or take responsibility for the outcome. 

If packages are returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:

Please Keep in Mind: You will be charged for the reshipping costs if your package can be intercepted and returned to us, and we are unable to cancel your order or issue refunds in these circumstances. The buyers is fully responsible.

For Canada customers - You will be responsible for return and reshipping fees.

For U.S. customers - You will be responsible for all duties, return fees, and reshipping costs.

For International customers - Your parcels may be automatically disposed of by the carrier.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER TO AVOID DELIVERY ISSUES.

Important Notice

Return shipping costs will not be covered by CarBro MC. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Additionally, shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

- Stolen packages

- Lost packages after delivery

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but not received: 

- Please contact us and provide any available evidence (e.g. security camera footage, incorrect or missing signature, etc.). 

- We are unable to file insurance claims without sufficient proof. (Please note: U.S. shipments are currently not insured by default.) 

We will do our best to assist you in investigating the issue; however, we are not responsible for lost packages once they are marked as delivered, especially for shipments without insurance.
