Cancellation Policy

If the buyer decides to cancel a preorder item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied on every cancellations. However, if we cancel the order due to issues on our end, no fees will be charged.

Order Adjustment Service:

We offer an order adjustment service for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order, feel free to email us at carbromc@gmail.com before the items are dispatched.

Please note: While we do our best to process emails promptly, we cannot guarantee that adjustments will be made in time before your order ships. Additionally, adjustments may also result in delays in receiving your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
